Configuration

La Linterna Config.Settings — key knobs and concepts.

Common configuration for Config.Base. This page explains the key settings specific to La Linterna.

The full list (all recipes, station coordinates, item fields) is in the config.lua file. Here you'll only find concepts + frequently changed knobs.

General

JobName
string
lalinterna — the same as the job in your framework.
MarkedItemName
string
The marked money item that gets washed (markedbills).
MinOnDuty
number
The minimum number of on-duty employees required for the stand to sell from its own stock.
TipTax / TaxRate
boolean / number
Sale/tip tax and its rate (0.1 = 10%).

Grade Gates

Illegal features are grade-gated (validated server-side):

GradeSettings = { CraftWeapon = 3, RepairWeapon = 2, MoneyWash = 2 },

Money Wash

MoneyWashSettings.TaxRate is the cut the business takes (the remainder goes to the player as cash). The wash rate is not taken from the client — for security it comes from the server config.

Electric / Blackout

Cut the power with the fuse minigame → cameras go offline (heist). Only the behaviour is in config; the fuse location (coords/heading) is hardcoded in the encrypted client — the end user can't move it.

minigame
voltlab | ox_lib | custom | false
voltlab (default) — built-in ultra-voltlab support (free). ox_lib → skillCheck. custom → your own event (customEvent). false → instant.
job / requireItem
false | string
Who can use it (server-side gate). false or "" (empty) = everyone (heist). Set requireItem to an item name (e.g. "advancedlockpick") to require that item.
blackoutExport
string | false
The weathersync resource for actual lights — qb-weathersync (QBCore) or Renewed-Weathersync (QBox). If false, only the cameras drop.

Consumables (Calories)

ConsumablesSettings multipliers determine the effect (base calories × multiplier):

ConsumablesSettings = { HungerMultiplier = 0.1, ThirstyMultiplier = 0.1, StressMultiplier = 0.001 },

Food → hunger, drinks → thirst, coffee → relieves stress. Framework bridge: QBox statebag, QBCore metadata, ESX esx_status.

Alcohol Handling (rcore-drunk Compatibility)

If you use rcore-drunk or another alcohol script, check this setting. Otherwise the inventory will lock up until the player relogs.
ConsumablesSettings = {
    HandleAlcohol = true, -- true: lalinterna handles alcohol | false: defer to rcore-drunk
    AlcoholDrunkEffect = true, -- drunk walk + screen wobble (only when HandleAlcohol = true)
    AlcoholEvidence = true,       -- qb-policejob evidence: alcohol / heavyalcohol
    AlcoholDecayMinutes = 15,     -- sober up: count drops by 1 every N minutes (0 = never)
}

Why it conflicts: Both lalinterna and rcore-drunk register the same alcohol items (ll_*_beer, ll_martini, ll_margarita, ll_chelada, ll_tequila, ll_cointreau, ll_dryvermounth) as usable. Double registration → inventory breaks.

Fix: Set HandleAlcohol = false. This makes lalinterna skip registering these items entirely — rcore-drunk owns them instead. Then restart both resources. Make sure the ll_* items are registered in rore-drunk as well.

HandleAlcoholBehaviour
true (default)lalinterna handles alcohol (thirst + drunk effect)
falselalinterna skips alcohol items → defers to rcore-drunk

Recipes

7 categories: CoffeeItems, CocktailItems, ColaMachineItems, OvenItems, BeerItems, FryItems, ComboMeals. Each product is defined with an itemCraftRecipe list:

[1] = {
    itemName = "ll_taco_crispy_beef", itemLabel = "Crispy Beef Taco",
    itemPrice = 44, itemAmount = 1,
    itemCraftRecipe = {
        { itemName = "ll_raw_corn_tortilla", itemAmount = 1 },
        { itemName = "ll_raw_fajita_steak",  itemAmount = 1 },
        -- ...
    },
},
An empty itemCraftRecipe = {} (cola/beer) → produced for free from the machine. New product: add an entry to the category + add the item to items.lua/items-qbox.lua.

Station Coordinates

The station zones are in client/client.lua. To adjust them to your own map, set DEBUG = true at the top of the file — the boxes will be drawn.
