Installation
How to install Los Santos Eats on your FiveM server.
Requirements
| Dependency | Version |
|---|---|
| ox_lib | latest (required) |
| ox_inventory | 2.4.1+ (or qb-inventory) |
| oxmysql | latest |
| Phone resource | npwd / lb-phone / qb-phone (one required) |
Steps
1. Add the resource
Place the wentus-eats folder inside your server's resources directory and add it to your server.cfg (after your core, inventory, and phone resource):
ensure wentus-eats
ensure npwd_wentus-eats # or lbphone_wentus-eats / qbphone_wentus-eats
2. Import the database
Run sql/eats.sql against your database to create the required tables:
-- Run this in your MySQL client
source path/to/wentus-eats/sql/eats.sql
3. Configure the resource
Open config.lua and set your framework and phone preferences:
Config.Base = { Core = 'QBox' } -- 'QBox' | 'QBCore' | 'ESX'
Config.Phone = 'auto' -- 'auto' | 'npwd' | 'lb-phone' | 'qb-phone'
Config.Inventory = 'ox' -- 'ox' | 'qb' | 'esx'
4. Add store locations
Define your stores in Config.Stores with locations, menus, and society accounts:
Config.Stores = {
['bean_machine'] = {
label = 'Bean Machine',
society = 'bean_machine',
deliveryFee = 150,
cuisine = 'Coffee & Bites',
etaMin = 15,
etaMax = 25,
locations = { vec3(-1193.0, -892.0, 13.9) },
blip = { sprite = 52, color = 2, scale = 0.7 },
menu = {
{ id = 'burger', label = 'Burger', price = 45, item = 'burger', category = 'Food' },
{ id = 'cola', label = 'eCola', price = 15, item = 'cola', category = 'Drink' },
},
},
}
5. Configure society banking
Set your banking resource in config.lua:
Config.ManagementMoney = 'Renewed-Banking' -- or 'tgg-banking', 'qb-banking', etc.
6. Add items to inventory
Add the food items to your inventory's item list:
- ox_inventory: Add to
[ox]/ox_inventory/data/items.lua - qb-inventory: Add to
[qb]/qb-core/shared/items.lua
Phone App Setup
npwd
ensure npwd_wentus-eats
lb-phone
ensure lbphone_wentus-eats
qb-phone
ensure qbphone_wentus-eats
Verification
After starting the resource, check the server console for:
[wentus-eats] starting; waiting for store metadata
[wentus-eats] loaded X store(s)
If you see errors, check that all dependencies are started and configured correctly.
